**Duties**:

- Performs professional engineering work in support of the acquisition, development, or sustainment of civil engineer, components, support equipment and other services.
- Utilizing a knowledge of three or more professional engineering disciplines, the employee monitors and/or manages projects and programs for substantial new construction, renovations and improvements for real property facilities.
- Performs complex and comprehensive analyses and uses systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to implement, develop, and document projects.

- Telework may be authorized.
- Security clearance requirements are based upon actual position being filled.
- Locations are not negotiable. The actual duty locations available may be located on the Air Force Civilian Service website.
- Random drug testing may be required depending upon the position being filled.
- Must have an engineering or architectural degree and professional knowledge in engineering concepts and practices applicable to the full range of engineering duties with the design, construction, and services of projects to support FMS programs
- Position identified is a Non-Key Security Cooperation position: This is a Security Cooperation position due to the nature of the position's duties and responsibilities. Position requires DoD Security Cooperation Workforce Certification
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical

**.**- 3. Knowledge of ground systems, and support equipment sufficient to plan, design, test, troubleshoot, evaluate, and oversee the development and/or sustainment of mechanical systems or devices.
- 4. Knowledge of engineering practices and procedures as they pertain to sustainment, modification, logistics, and production management principles, concepts, policies, and systems; of standard acquisition regulations, practices, and procedures; other engineering disciplines; and computer aided design and drafting (CADD) programs and other software such as information management and project tracking programs.
- 5. Skill in devising and evaluating criteria, parameters, characteristics, and interrelationships for design approaches and to assess the impact of new technology on current systems and processes.
- 6. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers, management, contractors, academia, and other agencies.- Benefits
