**Job description**:
We are a company that specializes in selling skin care, hair and beauty products. We are looking for an experienced and creative digital marketing specialist to join our team. As a (Digital Marketing) Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Identify the most important KPIs for social media
- Manage and moderate social media content
- Measure the success of each social media campaign
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media practices and technologies
- Work with content writers and designers to ensure content is informative and engaging
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development teams
- Monitor SEO and UX and suggest content improvement
- Connect with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback

**Required qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in the field of cosmetics and care
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM practices and strong written, verbal and collaborative skills
- Experience as a social media specialist or similar role
- Social media strategist uses social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
