**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies
- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates
- Plan and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and optimize digital content, including websites, blog posts, and social media posts
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in digital marketing
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing are preferred
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices
- Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
- Solid understanding of website analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns
