SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO ( Days Sales Outstanding), and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

This position will be based in Riyadh and report directly to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities- Introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and territories through regular visits to maintain relationships and gather market information.- Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns for decorative products to achieve sales budgets.- Implement sales policies and marketing activities in accordance with company rules to support growth and business efficacy.- Conduct robust follow-up on collections to meet assigned targets and ensure healthy working capital.- Maintain relationships with distributors by providing high-quality service and addressing customer complaints.- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) effectively to create and maintain data.- Coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery and excellent customer service, while also conducting area audits to identify market potential with the Supervisor.

What We Look For:
- Any Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.-
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales industry - Retail sales are preferable- Fluency in Arabic & English - both verbally and written.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
