Sales Specialist- Central Region

**Job Purpose**:
- ** Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.**:
- ** Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sector, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.**:
- ** Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers.**:
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.**:
- ** Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.**:
- ** Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.**:
- ** Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.**:
**TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time**:
- ** For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.**:
**Education and Experience**:
- ** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration) is required.**:
- ** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry.**:
- ** Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.**:
- ** Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.**:
- ** Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:
- ** Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:
- ** Ability to travel within the region as needed.**:
