يجب على المتقدمين لهذا الدور أن يمتلكوا خبرة سابقة في إدارة عيادات المواقع الإنشائية والعمل مع ضباط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، والتعامل مع ضباط التوريدات، وتقديم خبرات في السلامة المهنية ودعم منتجات المعدات الشخصية (PPE).

**المسؤوليات**:

- إجراء البحوث لتحديد العملاء المحتملين واتجاهات السوق والمنافسين. البقاء على اطلاع على أحدث التطورات في صناعة البناء والنفط والغاز.
- فهم تمامًا المنتجات أو المعدات أو الخدمات التي يتم بيعها. أن تكون قادرًا على شرح ميزاتها وفوائدها وتطبيقاتها للعملاء المحتملين.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المحترفين الصناعيين وضباط الصحة والسلامة والممرضات على المواقع وضباط التوريدات. تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة ودعم.
- تطوير وتقديم عروض مبيعات قاطعة للزبائن المحتملين. تصميم العروض لمعالجة الاحتياجات والمخاوف الخاصة بكل عميل.
- تحديد وتوليد العملاء المتوقعين من خلال طرق مختلفة مثل الاتصال البارد والتواصل وحضور المؤتمرات واستخدام الموارد عبر الإنترنت.
- تحقيق وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والحصص الكمية. مراقبة أداء المبيعات واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتحقيق الأهداف أو تجاوزها.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لاختراق السوق وزيادة حصة السوق. يمكن أن يشمل ذلك استراتيجيات التسعير والترويج والخصومات.
- تنظيم وإجراء عروض منتج للمحترفين لعرض قدرات المنتج وفوائده.
- توفير التدريب والتعليم للعملاء حول كيفية استخدام وصيانة المنتجات. التأكد من أن العملاء مطلعون على أي تحديثات أو تحسينات.
- معالجة معالجة الطلبات، بما في ذلك إعداد العروض وإدارة العقود وضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح والإرشادات والمعايير الصناعية المعنية، وخاصة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات مفصلة لأنشطة المبيعات والتفاعلات مع العملاء والبحوث السوقية. إعداد تقارير منتظمة للإدارة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الأقسام الأخرى داخل المنظمة مثل التسويق وتطوير المنتجات ودعم العملاء لضمان نهج منسق لرضا العملاء.
- تحديث معرفتك المستمرة بمنتجات وخدمات السلامة المهنية والصحية والاجتماعية، وحضور جلسات التدريب والتطوير والابقاء على علم بالتطورات الجديدة في هذا المجال.
- وفقًا لنطاق العمل، قد يُطلب منك السفر لمقابلة العملاء، وحضور المؤتمرات، أو إجراء عروض للمنتجات.

**المؤهلات**:

- خبرة سابقة في المبيعات لمدة 2-3 سنوات
- خبرة في صناعة البناء والنفط والغاز
- خبرة ومعرفة عملية في أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM)
- سجل أداء يظهر تفوقًا على الحصص الكمية المحددة
- مهارة قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغة الإنجليزية
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول
