**The Team**

A&M's EMEA Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) practice offers expertise and a "take-action" approach to dramatically improve performance and unlock the promise of top and bottom-line results across the healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries. HLS works with clients across Europe and the Middle East to:

- Drive revenue and share growth through commercial strategy implementation, direct and indirect channel management, compensation design, pricing and contracting control, and salesforce effectiveness
- Accelerate innovation and product launches through cross-functional process design, commercial and product organizational alignment, R&D investment criteria, and facilitating new technology exploration
- Increase profitability through pricing maximization, improving manufacturing and procurement processes, maintaining SG&A cost controls, facilitating restructuring and synergies, and improving product line mix distribution and selling
- Improve cash flow through price and profit maximization, working capital improvement, inventory and supply chain processes, capital expenditure controls, and developing strategies for tax, debt, and shareholder dividend management
- Increase overhead efficiency through shared services alignment and process improvements across Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other critical business support functions
- Lead and/or support business transformation as interim senior management, post-merger integration execution, scenario planning, and through organisational and operating model redesign

**The Responsibilities**

From the beginning, you will work in a fast-growing and dynamic team to:

- Execution of strategy and transformative initiatives to create value and drive CFO functional savings and enable growth platform
- advisory to support companies' changing accounting operations and reporting needs
- Corporate Performance Management strategy/vision, and technology selection for **financial & analytic reporting **supported by efficient processes and aligned organizations
- Tactical cash flow and working capital improvements and strategic Tax & Treasury advisory including Tax function optimization
- Strategy, Integrated diligence, Day 1 operations, integration leadership and post transaction synergy capture
- Conduct rapid diagnostics into companies' strategy, market positioning, revenues, cost base, profitability and operations; this includes performing zero-defect data analysis and understanding results to examine the root cause of problems with moderate oversight from senior members
- Synthesize information and analysis into high-quality outputs and recommendations; this includes building models based on financial and/or operational data and requires strong knowledge of Excel (to analyse the data) and PowerPoint (to present the analyses)
