AtkinsRéalis is looking for an experienced Program Assistant. This position involves managing various administrative tasks and supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and permits.
- Ensure version control and proper storage of documents both in physical and digital formats.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and cost tracking documents.
- Create and update project schedules in collaboration with project managers.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain contact lists and distribute project-related information as needed.
- Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary permits and approvals.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in the development of risk mitigation plans.
- Maintain a log of project issues and resolutions.
- Support quality control and assurance efforts by tracking inspections and test results.
- Assist in maintaining project quality documentation.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and engineering teams.
- Help with the coordination of resources, equipment, and materials.
- Generate regular project status reports and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for project stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree qualification
- **Minimum of 5 years experience** of working in Administration, handling Administration functions
- Previous experience in project administration or a similar role in the engineering industry is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of engineering project processes, terminology, and best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Computer Literate (MS Package
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
