- Experience with cost control, budgeting, and profitability analysis in large-scale projects.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in contract frameworks such as **FIDIC** and other construction contract standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in IPO listed companies is a plus.
