**What You'll Do**:

- Report to work on time and check the schedule the day before.
- Attend daily 15-minute training.
- Effectively operates the section assigned with or without Chef De Partie.
- Attends daily briefing with Chef De Partie.
- Prepares the daily production charts with the Chef De Partie; makes sure that quantities are filed in correctly and teams are prepared for the production. A par stock to be established to avoid overproduction.
- Prepares orders for the storeroom according to production charts.
- Cook the orders within the section, along with supervising the commis chefs and their work.
- Maintain effective communication between supervisors and each other.
- Conducts a taste panel on a regular basis with Chef De Partie.
- Checks food presentation, standards, and adequate setup for each brand's requirements.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards.
- Follows procedures with the use of cleaning supplies.
- Maintains the sanitary standards and “Clean as you go” policy.
- Attends all kitchen meetings and comes up with feedback and or suggestions.
- Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 48 hours per week

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Always maintains short hair and clean fingernails. No beard is allowed.
- No watches or rings or other jewelry to be worn during work.
- Maintain clean uniform policy.
- Previous experience working in a similar environment is a must.
- Strong English Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
- Proactive and reliable.
- Able to work alone and within a team.
- Education or Certification.
