- The main responsibility is to manage and administer the contract (FIDIC) between the Company and the Employer and defend & protect the interest of the Company on a daily basis of contractual issues with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Develop, update and implement the commercial and contract administration policy and procedures Draft and establish contractual agreement and letters for the project team Manage, draft and analyse the documentation in relation to progress of cost and expenses claim, final account and a variety of other documents Manage, check and verify required insurances and bonds (if any), project checklists, encumbrances, notices to proceed, change orders, pay requests, etc. Liaise with Project Managers and Design, Procurement and Construction teams on contractual matters Advise the Project Managers or other operational staff on contract administration.- Basic Salary**:SAR-000
