Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Demonstrate the value and benefits of products/services.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Ensure that all sales contracts and agreements are completed accurately.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Customer Service**: Provide ongoing support to clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management review.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in [industry-specific] sales.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
