The opportunity

Mace Arabia is undergoing rapid growth due to the 2030 vision laid down as a plan for the future of KSA. Significant projects are already underway, and the current growth and anticipated numbers demand a strong PRO team to be in place to support both with visa matters and corporate requirements. Mace has a diverse workforce in KSA and so of specific high demand is entrance support to the HR and to be created Mobilization team. Much has been achieved already and so an ambitious and innovative individual is sort to take the service and support to the next level with the current team.

To be based in KSA at Mace Headquarters.

Your responsibilities will include:
Visa services
- Documenting and evolving visa support services to take advantage of government innovations the provision of business and work visa’s to incoming new joiners.
- Innovating process to secure visa’s in the shortest time possible to support onboarding and minimise business to work visa transitions.
- Providing advice and guidance to both HR and the business.
- Engaging with the Human Capital Business Partners who support visa provisions.
- Managing reporting and status tracking, renewals and extensions of business visit visa’s and entrance/exit requirements.
- Logging and distributing of Iqama’s and updating employee folders.
- Managing family Iqamas.
- Resolving issues with Jwazat, visiting the Chamber of Commerce and MOFA if and when required.
- Managing demobilisation and exiting staff from the country.

Family support services
- Managing and updating documentation to be included in onboarding and assimilation with respect to family immigration, driving licence.
- Supporting registration for Saudi Council of Engineers.

GOSI
- Registering new employees on a monthly basis and ensure submissions are correct, wages updating and monthly GOSI certificate.
- Managing the contract attestation for Saudi Nationals.

QIWA
- Managing Saudization and the Nitagat, including Iqama job title updating, transfers and work permit renewal, employment contracts for Saudi and non-Saudi.

Mudad
- Updating WPS, justification and management with respect to any violations.
- Providing broader business support including but not limited to municipality licenses and renewal, Civil Defense renewals and updates, RHQ support and registration, Zakat and VAT, Ministry of Commerce requirements.
- Managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and be seen as a trusted source of knowledge and guidance.

About you

You will have a degree qualification and significant experience with respect to both KSA Labour Law and the broader business requirements to operate in KSA. You will have had experience of operating an effective and efficient PRO team and will have a demonstrable track record of delivery in this space.

You will have previously managed a team and understand how to create a high performing team to add value to the wider business. You will have demonstrated a track record of building relationships with senior business stakeholders.

You will be fluent in English both verbal and written. You are digitally savvy and a strong user of Microsoft office software. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
