**S3 Inc.’s subsidiary company S3 International **has an opening for an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support human resources on an FMS government contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.**

**There is a HIRE-ON BONUS with this position.**

**Description**:
The Human Resources Supervisor plans and organizes all activities pertaining to HR functions through preparation of work schedules and detailed directives and supervising these tasks to ensure effective implementation of the same.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assigns tasks to the HR Section to capture and record retention data for employees inclusive of salary, bonus, service awards, performance reviews, manager changes, and job title, as initiated by the employee’s Hiring Manager.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring EEO self-ID and Veterans compliance forms are initiated in the post hiring process and records are maintained in accordance with US Department of Labor and Host Nation regulations and policies.
- Creates and distributes routine COGNOS or comparable automated system generated HR reports of stored work force data to deliver current employee status to designated leaders.
- Monitors and oversees the preparation of standard employee HR data reports for the company’s AAP consultant auditor for compliance assessments.
- Manages HR section specialty tasks, scheduling, input to contract deliverables, and completion of internal and external training.
- Updates the Retention Custodian Continuity Book (CB) to a grade level of A, graded annually by the Corporate Quality Manager, reviewed bi-annually by the Deputy PM for Business Operations, and updated on a consistent basis by the employee to provide current work instructions for the assigned tasks.
- Responsible for implementation and enhancement of HR policies & procedures to ensure employee satisfaction and workflow improvement.
- Ensures the budgeted positions filled as per manpower plan.
- Develops and resources the training budget and ensure training opportunities are properly utilized.
- Ensures the HR section identifies and complies with relevant legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions; ensures all policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Ensures timely execution of new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Serves as Senior Advisor to management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responsible for developing corporate and contractual response to inquiries regarding policies, procedures.
- Oversees employee hiring and termination processes; ensures resignation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignations.
- Ensures applicable reports are prepared and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

- Oversees corporate program to ensure compliance with S3I quality, health, safety and environmental policies and requirements.
- Trains the HR Section in Quality Management requirements and ensures compliance with ISO based QMS (ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 or both)
- Installs quality and safety culture that ensures that timely reports are generated for any unsafe working conditions, faulty equipment, hazards/risks, injuries or incidents related to personnel safety and environmental aspects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field (Master's is preferred).
- 20 years of experience in personnel and administrative activities.
- 10 years of experience in directly relevant HR support.
- 5 years of' experience working with Cost Point, Deltek, or comparable systems.
- 1 year of experience working in an industry where your employer was either certificated in or compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100.
- **Previous US DoD industry experience is desired.**:
