Human Resources Coordinator

**Job overview**:
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating human resources functions within the subsidiary, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices, as well as contributing to the overall success of the Company.
**Job functions and responsibilities**:
- Acting as the Company’s liaison with all governmental bodies.
- Overseeing the renewal of the Company’s official paperwork and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner (this includes SAGIA license, commercial registry, chamber of commerce, social insurance, Saudization, municipality, civil defense, resident system, office lease agreements, etc.)
- Providing administrative support for HR functions, including maintaining personnel files, processing documentations, and managing HR databases and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Supporting the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts in collaboration with the group HR Manager and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and ensuring timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensuring that the HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and consistently applied across the subsidiary, while staying up to date with local labor laws and regulations in KSA.
- Administering and tracking employee leave requests, including annual leave, sick leave, and other types of leave, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinating leave schedules and providing guidance to employees regarding leave policies and entitlements.
- Assisting in the performance appraisal process, providing support to supervisors and employees, and maintaining performance records.
- Identifying training needs and coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Preparing regular HR reports for management summarizing key HR metrics and trends.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
- Representing the Company in all HR matters.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Company.
**Qualifications**:
- BA degree in Human Resources, business administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of three to five years of relative experience.
- Be accepted by the regulator whenever required.
**Skills and competencies**:
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
