My client is **Reverse Logistic Solution (RLS**) provider who has developed the first App in the region to provide Pre-owned, Open-box, Refurbished and Clearance stock products while providing warranty, easy returns and the best value.

The **Business Development Manager** fro RLS will leads end-to-end development of our associates’ pipeline in Saudi Arabia. Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and marketing deals that drive competitive advantage and customer delight, and support strategic objectives on a global basis. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders and across all functional areas to execute on the relationships. Prepare and give business reviews to senior management team.

Business Development Manager possesses excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, superb attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You strive to answer business/marketing questions, you operate with mínimal supervision and you work well in a cross functional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the complete reverse supply chain ecosystem within the region.
- Identify the potential leads for the aftermarket solution requirement from the consumer electronics sector and convert it into the account.
- Facilitate a strong understanding of Reverse Logistics to push the existing capability of the organisation such as Trade-in & buyback, repair & refurbishment, Liquidation & Recycling and Re-marketing & Redistribution and recommend new reverse logistics solutions (RLS) programs.
- Keeping a regular business review and performance & business development tracker for the existing and new business development.
- Identify and implement cost saving and revenue driving opportunities for RLS department within the organization.
- Lead negotiations with key external partners and associates, delivering value to both the partner and Organization
- Be the KSA single threaded owner for marketing partnership and associates business development opportunities.
- Own the partnerships execution end-to end from prospecting, negotiation, legal contract signing (working with the legal team), on-site marketing execution, creative management with the design team, accounting consolidation (with the accounting team) and reporting.
- Build yearly and quarterly plans and forecasts for KSA partnerships.
- Identify, recruit and manage associates accounts.
- Track, measure, and report on channel results, reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and translating analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Native Arabic speaker, excellent **command** and **fluency** in English is a must.
- Must have 7+ years’ experience in Business Development, Partnership or B2B customer-facing roles in SaaS, Reverse Logistics Solutions, digital and/or e-commerce space.
- Demonstrated ability to source, launch and expand complex partnerships.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for solving problems.
- Bachelor’s degree..

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with a proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
- Sound business judgments and strong analytical thinking.
