**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- Coordinate tool requests with customers
- Coordinate with transportation companies to move tools to/from customer locations
- Ensure the on-time delivery and backload of tools with all necessary paperwork.
- Keep Track-A-Tool updated with the tools’ status.
- Coordinate with sales personnel and service workshop for tools movement.
- Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.

**BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree/Equivalent.
- Team player, planning and organizing.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft office (especially MS Excel).
- EDS & TAT knowledge. (preferred)
- Experience of 1-2 years in similar administrative job is required.
