Due to the expanding team and development changes at the Mega Yanbu City Program, Saudi Arabia Parsons Limited (SAPL) is looking for a **Lead Change / Communications Manager. **And, due to our ongoing commitment to Saudization as well as Parsons' social responsibilities this role is only open to **Saudi National Applicants.**

Reporting directly to the Program Manager the primary functionality of this role is to assist the Program Manager and other consultant staff in developing and implementing plans towards achieving strategic and tactical organizational change initiatives. Furthermore you will act as a cultural liaison to help Parsons staff in engaging with our Royal Commission clients, stakeholders and fellow employees.

Specific responsibility will be to develop communications plans and implement those plans towards assisting Parsons build and maintain its relationships and achieving its objectives as well as leading the planning efforts for Parsons events such as company meetings, business-social functions and other collaborative events.

In this role you will:

- Builds and maintains solid partnerships with the client and stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals. Develops effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or initiatives
- Develop materials to prepare the organization on project and program-wide communication.
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan. Leads the change management process.
- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the required changes.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics for change management.
- Consulting with staff members and identifying, mitigating and managing anticipated resistance.
- Evaluating cost structures and budgetary impact of the proposed changes.
- Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
- Support and engage with Parsons and Royal Commission senior management.
- Plan for and ensure the delivery of events awards that help support business objectives.
- Coordinate plans and work with client and 3rd parties for events including researching and securing suitable venues, arranging for required support and catering, procuring and delivering supplies, planning and procuring event support and ensuring the execution of event activities.

**Required Qualifications / Credential / Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Relevant Professional certification to change management is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.
- Proficiency in communications and media, social media, presentation, and other communication tools/platforms as it applies to business.
- In-depth knowledge of models, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- A highly developed level of emotional intelligence.
- Superior planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to execute plans through to their final completion.
- The ability to effectively delegate and manage the efforts of people that do not report to you in the organizational structure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including excel.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
