**Position Overview**: Persistence Recruitment on behalf of Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Fresh Graduate in Business Operations. Jawraa specializes in providing innovative technology services to enhance the telecommunications and digital services landscape in Saudi Arabia. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer experiences, Jawraa is at the forefront of revolutionizing the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Process Improvement**: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the organization and contribute ideas for enhancing operational efficiency.
2. **Data Analysis**: Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and present findings to the Operations team.
3. **Project Support**: Provide support to ongoing projects by assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution under the guidance of senior team members.
4. **Documentation Management**: Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of operational documents, including procedures, manuals, and reports.
5. **Vendor Management**: Support the Operations team in managing vendor relationships, including conducting vendor assessments, tracking performance, and resolving issues.
6. **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
7. **Customer Support**: Provide support to the Customer Service team by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
8. **Quality Assurance**: Assist in implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that operational processes meet established standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
9. **Compliance Monitoring**: Support the Operations team in monitoring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
10.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, Finance, and Customer Service, to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational goals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Strong academic record with a minimum GPA.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
