We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Mid-Level Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Riyadh office. As an Administrative Mid-Level Assistant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the office and assisting with various tasks as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and documents.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in arranging client meetings, presentations, and project-related appointments.

**Client Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests as directed.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office expenses and manage expense reports.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks as required.

**General Office Duties**:

- Assist with event planning, internal and external meetings, and workshops.
- Oversee the upkeep and tidiness of the office space.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Should be based in Riyadh

**Salary**: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
