Assists the Senior Manager in activities related to developing Nahdi Medical Company's new overseas sourcing models for Directy Imported brands with coordinatation with different functions in company. Develops sourcing network for extended assortment for defined categories, manages relationship with existing suppliers and ensures compliance of prodcuts and vendors with company and govermental policies. Analysis commercial offers, asses potenital suppliers, follows up on main KPI, like GM, inventory and sales, new launches.

**Accountabilities**

**Annual Launch Plan Execution**
- Collaborating with Category Management team to identify assortment opportunities and sets Annual launch plan for Directly Imported brands to Top Management
- Collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders, manages and executes sourcing plan and related processes within categories that he/she is responsible for
- Ensures that all the imported brands are in line with PL/Direct Imports and Category Strategy
- Ensures planned assortment meets defined timelines and all the activities are executed
- Conducts cost benefit analysis pre and after product launch, identifies the risks, defines market positioning, sets quality standards for the product
- Monitors competition and global trends ensuring relevant up to trend and competitive assortment

**Sourcing & Negotiation of Buying Terms**
- Through negotiations with various overseas suppliers responsible for reaching best buying terms (targeted cost prices, margins, payment terms, quality level and inventory)
- Based on defined criteria, proposes new vendor selection and commercial terms to management
- Responsible for new Directly Imp brands vendors sourcing process (visiting specialized global fairs, travels to audit vendor facilities, online sourcing...,)
- Responsible for overall PL/Imp brands vendor relationship in front of Nahdi Medical Company (main contact point)
- Responsible for contract management for overseas vendors
- Ensures effect inventory control by working closely with, Supply Chain Category and Management (inventory level, lead times, and other logistic requests).
- Visits major offline and online exhibitions in order to source for best assortment and suppliers

**Reporting to internal stakeholders**
- Reporting to all internal stakeholders on status of new launches
- Reports on PL/IMP brands achievements through internal presentations (Commercial meetings, SOP meetings, meeting with other stakeholders)
- Reports directly to PL and Direct Imports Senior Business Development Manager

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Job Requirement**

**Experience
- **Min 2 Years of Experience in overseas sourcing or procurement**:
