**Position Overview**: Persistence Recruitment on behalf of Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Fresh Graduate in Shared Services. **Responsibilities**:

- **Support Services**: Provide assistance and support to various departments within the organization, including finance, human resources, procurement, and operations.
- **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data in shared systems and databases.
- **Document Management**: Assist in organizing, maintaining, and updating documents, records, and files in both electronic and physical formats.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics for events or meetings.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within shared services functions, and contribute ideas for enhancing workflows and procedures.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training programs and initiatives to develop skills and knowledge relevant to shared services functions and organizational processes.
- **Ad-Hoc Projects**: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by departmental managers or supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
