**About this opportunity **

We are looking for Technical Project Specialist which expected to have logical & troubleshooting skills. Basic Telecommunication knowledge is an advantage. The resource will be working with Ericsson ADM team to support the ongoing projects.

**What you will do**
- Manage the day-to-day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Supports team members and resolves routine queries to ensure work continuity.
- Assist the deployments cycle with Tagging each release.
- Coordinate extensively with key stakeholders internally and externally, in order to ensure L3 SLA are met perfectly.
- Participates in identifying risks affecting assigned technical projects and seeks support in developing assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Analyses the best practices in the field of software delivery and assists in effectively implementing these in projects.
- Resolves routine queries related to the deployments as a first point of contact for resolution/clarification of any issues.
- Ensures all approved technical reports relevant to technical delivery, to ensure ease of access, when required.
- Liaises with other supervisors to build effective working relationships and identifies synergies.

**You will bring **
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in engineering in related technical.
- Relevant certification in software Domain.
- Good in data collection and analysis.
- Good proficiency in Business Process Modeling.
- Good proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle.
- Good proficiency in Software Testing.
