Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Reporting Assistant **to join our team

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Responsibility for Parsons’s reporting for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIDP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with other delivery partners. QIC is providing strategic direction for all partners in the three-way partnership with other partners on a city-wide basis. Reports directly to the **Reporting Manager.**

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create templates for Data population by Concerned personnel.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure timely receipt of data for reporting.
- Check accuracy and conformity of received data to reporting requirements.
- Populate the reporting database and create output of reports.
- Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Reporting Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Planning & Project Controls.
- Experience with the following software required.
- Power BI
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Primavera P6

**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:

- Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.
- Good written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through.
- Sound understanding and appreciation of controls and/or reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Good organization and follow through abilities.
- Good business judgment.
