**Your Role**

**Job description**

To further develop our business through a well-executed development plan, by focused territory management and market coverage, a new dynamic & proactive Sales Engineer covering the market. Functionally reporting to the Industrial Air Business Line Manager.

**Mission**

Your mission will be ensuring that the company goals are met in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, market development and territory coverage.
- Implementation of the industrial air division market strategy.- Finding new potential customers and strengthening the relationship with current ones to
- boost business performance- Ensure that the sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation.
- Increase the market share in the assigned territory through efficient and proactive sales

approach.- to meet Atlas Copco’s goal of "sustainable productivity"- Promote efficiently newly launched products (VSD, Full Feature, Nitrogen

generators, oxygen generator, Oil free compressors).- Provide timely and accurate sales and market information.
- Enhance and develop a good working relation with customers and colleagues.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving

the agreed business objects.- Coordinate with existing distributor and provide the required business support.
- Support sales through effective provision of sales data, including weekly planning, visits
- recording, and action reports using the C4C system.- Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after sales service to reach the

required customer satisfaction.**To succeed, you will need**

**Experience requirements**
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

**Knowledge**
- Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be considered as additional plus.
- Good technical and engineering background.
- Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.

**Educational requirements**

Graduate in Engineering or related field.

**Personality requirements**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated and energetic.
- Eager to learn & adapt
- Result oriented
- Able to work with sales and budget forecasts
- Meet stiff targets, deadlines & work under pressure.
