Position Overview

As a Sales Engineer at Universe Engineering, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process by combining technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, demonstrate the technical capabilities of our products, and articulate how our solutions can address specific challenges. This position requires a deep understanding of our products, strong presentation skills, and the ability to establish rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to effectively communicate our competitive advantages.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical features and benefits of our solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with customers to design and propose tailored solutions that align with their needs.

Sales Collaboration

Partner with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Provide technical input during the sales cycle and participate in client meetings to address technical queries.
Develop and deliver training sessions for sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge.
Create and update technical documentation to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in [Engineering, Computer Science, or related field].
Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
