Human Resources Officer

The HR Officer role is to supporting the daily HR activities and assisting in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. This role also includes handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties: act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily operations of human resources functions and duties
- Prepare and update staff contracts and records (vacations, permissions, absence, bonuses, etc.)
- Announce vacancies in the company
- To comply with the procedures and requirements of the internal procedure of each new employee, and to supervise the timely fulfillment of these requirements
- Follow-up of vacations and resumes of employees
- Preparation of final settlement and experience certificate for staff
- Preparing letters for employees
- Registration of new employees on the program attendance and departure
- Processing monthly report for the staff attendance and follow-up attendance and departure of all branches.
- Add new employees to medical insurance and follow up all task related to medical insurance (addition, deletion, claims... etc.)
- Booking business trips for employees as per the internal policy.
- Completion of work in a fixed time and fast and with high technology
- To maintain the confidentiality of the information and records that exist in the company
- **Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistantor relevant human resources/administrative position
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
**Salary**: From ﷼5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
