About the role
A new, unique and exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating new hire orientations by developing agendas, scheduling with multiple presenters, leading human resources sessions of orientation, and ensuring that questions from new employees are answered. Other key responsibilities of this newly created role include:
- Acting as a point of contact for human resources questions from attorneys, paralegals, and staff in the office; understanding a majority of the human resources policies of the firm and are able to answer most questions independently.
- Using appropriate judgment to route complex questions and issues to appropriate resources and follows-up to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinating the entry of data in PeopleSoft and other systems including new hire entries, leaves of absence, and terminations by sharing updates and the required information with the Global HR Services team through templates provided; and using PeopleSoft to generate standard reports as requested.
- Maintaining relationships with key departments in the office and the firm including the Attorney Recruiting department, the Global Human Resources Department, the Global Billing department, the appropriate regional Payroll Department, and local resources from the Associates & Paralegal committees.
About you

- Possess knowledge of Saudi Labor laws and its implementing regulations
- Have HRIS experience, preferably PeopleSoft and Kronos Timekeeper

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Related Human Resources experience in a professional services organization
