We are seeking a Supply Sales Manager to drive host engagement, improve platform supply, and ensure our high-performance hosts meet the evolving needs of our demand-side users.

**Responsibilities**:
Host Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing hosts to ensure their continued success on our platform.

Event Planning: Organize and execute events for hosts ahead of key travel seasons to foster engagement, share insights, and enhance host satisfaction.

Market Trends: Conduct in-depth research to understand host and guest needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues from both hosts and guests promptly, maintaining platform integrity and satisfaction.

Data Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present detailed weekly and monthly reports on host performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Demand-Side Coordination: Collaborate with demand-side teams to align host offerings with guest expectations and ensure market needs are met.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in a sales or account management role, preferably in a marketplace or hospitality-focused platform.

**Skills**:Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify trends and opportunities.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement solutions effectively.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with hosts and internal teams.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using data and CRM tools to track performance and create actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in the hospitality or travel industry.

Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Demonstrated success in driving host or customer engagement initiatives.
