Purpose:
To handle employee relations and personnel administration activities in order to ensure that established guidelines and administrative practices are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible in all Government online processes for all actions related to all staff ( Gosi, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem etc).
- Maintain employee records (joining, attendance, EOSB, leaves, contracts etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated.
- Support the implementation of payroll.
- Responsible for Iqama Renewal.
- Acts as the contact point for employees’ requests regarding their rights and obligations.
- Responsible for the Health insurance / Contact with broker to add or delete insurance policy.
- Overseeing the offboarding process as required by HR Policy.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports about the above tasks when required.
- Prepare/Oversees the daily workflow of the HR Operations (Payroll, Medical Insurance, GOSI, Nitaqat etc).

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2 -3 years HR experience.
- Saudi National (Female)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English written and spoken.

**Salary**: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
