In this pivotal role, you will oversee all commercial and contracting activities related to our development projects, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives while maximizing value and minimizing risks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the commercial strategy for all current and future development projects, ensuring robust revenue generation and cost management
- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of all contracts, ensuring compliance and best practices
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal, and finance teams, to ensure contract alignment with project goals
- Develop and implement commercial policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and other external partners to foster long-term collaboration
- Provide guidance on risk management strategies related to contracts and commercial arrangements
- Ensure regular reporting and assessments on commercial performance to senior management
- Mentor and lead the contracts team to promote professional development and enhance expertise

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field ; a Master's degree is highly desirable
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in a Commercial Management role within the Construction Industry, with a focus on Contract Management.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial strategies, contract law, and legal compliance
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive favorable outcomes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Proficient in commercial and contract management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
