- Identify potential risks and challenges related to mechanical systems integration and propose effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success and adherence to budget and schedule.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of mechanical engineering excellence, including conducting thorough inspections, testing protocols, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the development and management of project budgets and schedules related to mechanical engineering activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely project delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, providing updates on mechanical engineering progress, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on large-scale architectural projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems, HVAC design, energy modeling, and sustainable building practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
