We are looking for Service delivery manager, a full-time role, expected to embrace both Customer Facing, Administrative and Technical functions. It is expected from him to identify customer issues and maintains an excellent relationship with end-users and various internal and external stakeholders. Superb leadership, interpersonal and hard-working individual with complete ITIL Process knowledge and performed similar role for large telecom service providers or Services industry.
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Developing a deep understanding of Oracle projects implemented to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Analysing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
- Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
- Providing accurate and regular reports an to the management on performance of the service delivery
- Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Supervising Oracle Communication Applications Operations management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the Customer’s environment
- Collaborating with technical design and product engineering teams to set standards for software, hardware, and security
- Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience and must have experiences in managing COTS products in telecom industry

Service Delivery Manager Skills
- Managed Revenue, Cost and Margin of the project, work with customer to get the invoice and payment milestone achieved
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
- Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services
- Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
- Exceptional customer-facing skills and Strong organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery, Knowledge in Application Transition, Presales and Solutioning will be advantage
- Mastery of ITIL process Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
- Expertise in people management and leadership, Capacity to train and guide junior team members
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, Solid resource planning and problem solving Skills

Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude, Excellent verbal and written communication Skill

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
