Responsible for striving to achieve assigned area sales goals through the effective management of sales representatives.

Manage quality and consistency of products and service delivery, Responsible for team achieving Sales and collection targets as per assigned budget and forecast.

The Employees must be active on various social media platforms and demonstrate a strong online presence to effectively engage with our clients and customers by showcasing our brand success stories and related content

**Sales Achievements**
- Responsible for achieving team sales targets for assigned brands, by customer and by classification

“Roadmap” on monthly basis as per annually agreed target.

**Monitoring Sales team routings and reports “ **Weekly time tracking**” Checklist”**
- Searches the market and identifies sales prospects.
- Utilizing available stock through order forms in order to generate and maintain sales opportunities.
- Maintain maximum of 3% sales return.

**Collection achievements**
- Responsible for Sales team achievement for collection targets and coordinates with internal collection
- team to ensure all due payments are collected as per SOP credit system.
- Ensure reviewing statement of accounts and collection record for the customer to allow sales orders **.**

**Pursuing Opportunities “Build Customers’ Rapport**
- Responsible for sales growth vertically and horizontally.
- Customer acquisition by brand by line and expanding coverage directly and indirectly.
- Maintaining and establishing positive professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Following up all through the sales cycle from placing order to delivery to the customer.
- Ensuring after sales services, positive communication and proper follow ups for better customers satisfaction.
- **Team Management**
- Monitor, Coach and train new staff during their probation period and advise the Human Resources regarding their Performance by providing timely feedback.
- Organize weekly meetings with the sales team in order to review their sales achievements.
- Lead, guide, and direct sales teams’ punctuality and performance “on monthly basis” to ensure covering assigned areas to achieve company’s goals

**KNOWLEDGE**
Educational requirements:
A BSc, MSC in Sales, Business Administration or related field

Other key attributes:

- Previous wide sales experience,
- Having experience in beauty industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and team building skills position’s duties.
- Former experience in Oracle system is a plus.
- Creativity and commercial awareness

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Riyadh (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
