Parsons is looking for an Wet Utilities Lead to join our team on an exciting mega program in Riyadh. In this role, you will manage and direct civil, building and infrastructure projects with a focus on wet utilities.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Acts as a Company representative within the client team during the program execution.
- Markets and secures additional work with client.
- Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
- Provide assistance with the establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
- Review and understand project documentation for technical accuracy and quality.
- Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
- Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.
- Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
- Participates in meeting to review project status and formulate action items.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Must be confident in resolving technical issues through review and discussion with design consultants, design reviewers and our client team.
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years + relevant experience.
