- Armand Plocins- Recruitment Consultant Exciting opportunity with a multi-billion dollar family office in Riyadh. The role entails joining a fresh team of highly skilled investments professionals to invest in companies directly, as well as via funds and co-investments globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in various industries, both locally and globally, with a primary focus on direct investments, and secondary focus on fund investments.
- Conduct rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for prospective direct and fund investments.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop comprehensive investment theses and recommendations for fund allocations.
- Work closely with the team to contribute to the structuring and execution of direct and fund investment transactions.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and reports, providing insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in negotiations and contribute to finalizing terms and conditions with potential fund managers and investment partners.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments in the portfolio.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the investment portfolio.
- Engage with fund managers and portfolio companies to support strategic initiatives and value creation.
- Assist in internal communication by providing regular updates on investment performance and responding to inquiries.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay informed about global industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities in direct and fund investments.
- Conduct in-depth research on specific sectors or geographies to support investment decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment banking, private equity, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, or family offices.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory aspects related to direct and fund investments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modelling software.
