**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the estimation process for the project, including developing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Supervise a team of estimators and coordinate their efforts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project estimates.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring costs throughout the construction process and identifying opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
- Identify and assess potential risks and uncertainties associated with project estimates, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and minimize cost overruns.
- Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential cost implications and develop strategies to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and integrity of estimating data, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports, summarizing estimating activities, cost breakdowns, and variances for review by project management team and client.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project estimation matters, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 15 years) in estimating management, preferably within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale projects such as Theatres, Entertainment Arenas and Opera houses.
- Strong proficiency in construction estimating software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and make informed decisions.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar credentials, are a plus.
