Riyadh, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Maintains records relating to the financial transactions of the Hospital and processes these transactions.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Maintainsand updates the Chart of Accounts in the General Ledger System.
- Preparesjournal entries to the General Ledger System, verifies posting of variousentries in the system.
- Compilesexpenditures for each cost centre.
- Assistsin the preparation of financial reports.
- Reconcilesbank statements with the General Ledger balances.
- Reconcilesbalance sheet accounts (assets, liabilities, bank statements, prepaid vendors,etc.).
- Maintainssuitable filing system for all reference documents in the area ofresponsibility.
- Assistsin the implementation of policies and procedures for accounting and financefunctions.
- Participatesin Self & Hospital’s Quality improvement plan preferred.
- Follows all Hospital relatedPolicies and Procedures.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degreein Accounting, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
**Grade09**:
One(1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years withBachelor’s Degree is required.

**Grade10**:
Three (3) years ofrelated experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
SaudiNational is preferred.
