**Job Summary**:
As a Site Engineer in the wood industry, you will oversee the implementation of wood construction projects at job sites, ensuring that designs are executed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Collaborating with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and construction teams, you will be responsible for managing site activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and design teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and schedules for wood construction projects.
- Supervise and manage construction activities at job sites, including the installation of wooden structures, components, and finishes.
- Ensure that construction work complies with project plans, design drawings, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents to guide on-site activities and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services needed for construction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient and accurate execution of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise during construction, proposing solutions and adjustments as needed.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that workmanship, materials, and installations meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings for documentation and project management purposes.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and subcontractors, to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project objectives.

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
