Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of
**Site Manger** based in Saudi Arabia
- Al Khobar.

**Objective**:
To take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).

**General Responsibilities**:

- Driving continuous improvement quarter-on-quarter by removing barriers to improved performance across the site where necessary.
- Align Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (Operations Managers) and consider how these have an impact on site results, including the required frequency for tracking them, how the results are calculated, and on which report they can find the results - including communication to new leaders on your team as part of the onboarding process.
- Align volume forecast with customer and review monthly resource planning with Operations Manager, developing a work strategy for next month / period, including peaks and valleys' seasons
- Track operation's performance and understand deviations with Operations Managers.
- Track Site Performance Cube comparing the installed and utilized capacity, OMS FC Coverage for direct processes. Understanding the causes for the gap between them, understanding the financial and customer impact resulted by this gap and address actions with Operations Managers to improve it.
- Track overall employee attendance ratio for the site and understand results' impact on Site Performance Cube, setting up a plan for improving the ratio if needed
- Track overtime costs versus budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track site overall turnover rate and understand deviations with Operations Managers.
- Track site overall inventory accuracy and allowance.
- Track numbers and costs of customers claims and understand the root causes with the Operations Managers.
- Have clear understanding of Performance Tracking Tool (data system) applicable to your role, ensuring performance is tracked properly and numbers are accurate.
- Support Operations Managers with Standard Productivity Rates audits / review by aligning dates with OMS Country Lead plan and communicating any further requirement.
- Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established.
- Track and understand overall Work Instructions status of update and reviews.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain Management, Materials Management, Economics, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Logistics Management or equivalent.
- A master’s degree in any of the above fields is preferred backed up with strong professional experience. (Preferable)
- 10+ years of experience in Supply chain Management, materials management, procurement, forecasting or planning, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead change processes.
- Experience in managing P&L.
- Communication and presentation skills.
