Alula Club, a leading sports club, is seeking a Head of Legal to join our team. As the Head of Legal, you will oversee all legal matters, providing advice and support to senior management on a wide range of legal and business issues. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing legal risks, as well as developing strategies to mitigate those risks. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments, including finance and HR, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing sports organization in a key leadership role.

**Requirements**:

- Strong academic credentials, including a law degree and admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction
- At least 10 years of experience practicing law, including experience leading a legal department or managing outside counsel
- Strong knowledge of and experience with contract law, corporate law, and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments
- Ability to work independently and to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the sports industry is strongly preferred
