Role Purpose

What this job involves
Provide support to Team Leaders, Service Leaders during pre and post-contract stages for Contract management, and necessary Contract administration tasks with mínimal supervision.
Resolve all contracts related problems, questions, and complaints, and provide all necessary assistance, advise, and coordinate activities related to contract administration, and contract management in a timely manner.
Assist the claims management team and perform all necessary analysis for the resolution of the claims.
Read, review, and update all necessary RFPs to avoid ambiguities and claims.
Assist in the coaching and development of subordinate team members in the necessary Contract administration during the delivery of service excellence.
Build trusted relationships with client’s executive stakeholders.
Deliver all necessary contract deliverables in a timely manner.
Utilize and embed JLL best practice tools and processes including the use of technology to support delivery.
Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of small / medium sized projects or significant components of larger Commercial/Contract Management assignments.
Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters including compliance in respect scopes of service agreed upon by others.
Capture and share knowledge and be involved with the development of service improvement and innovation as part of the JLL way.
Be a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning.

Degree Qualification is essential.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
Excellent Contact knowledge and a handful of experience in resolving contractual issues.
Major international project experience is essential.
Experience in mixed use /building projects in the region.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
Proven track record of working in the Middle East.
