As Director of Food and Beverage you’ll lead and direct food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. Always following government regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements.

It is a crucial operational position that reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates closely with the Hotel Management team. Your responsibilities will encompass the management of the F&B Department to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for hotel guests. This includes overseeing menu development, maintaining IHG standards of service, and optimizing operational efficiency.

**A little of your day-to-day**:

- Supervise all aspects of the food and beverage department, including catering, restaurant operations, staffing, and budget administration.
- Implement strategies to uphold health and safety regulations, particularly in food and beverage storage areas.
- Assess and enforce policies within various food and beverage sub-departments such as restaurants, event management, banquets, and catering.
- Oversee order management, inventory control, and deliveries.
- Explore opportunities to minimize expenses, mitigate inventory loss, and decrease food wastage.

**What we need from you**:

- Essential qualifications include a minimum of five to ten years of experience in Food & Beverage and hospitality management.
- Proficiency in statistics and mathematical equations is required for precise forecasting and reporting.
- A commitment to continual enhancement of the customer experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- The capability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations is required.
- Familiarity with IHG or adherence to international hospitality standards is preferred.
