Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager with a demonstrable record of running a strategic partner program that finds, manages, and expands key partnerships to drive more brand presence, leads, and new customers. You will be responsible for running the team of partnership to expand our existing partnerships, and implement processes and technology that improves how we find, onboard, and manage strategic relationships to drive substantial revenue and demand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or develop new markets for products or services.
- Negotiate terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.
- Work with partners and Qoyod marketing and sales teams to execute innovative sales enablement and incentive programs, ultimately reaching commercial targets.
- Tactically manage all relationships and communications using Qoyod tools and platforms to provide company-wide visibility and efficiently provide periodic updates to the team.
- Manage existing strategic partnerships b implementing strategic plans that align with partner goals and objectives, developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
- Nurture relationships proactively with regular meetings and contact ensuring partners are informed and engaged with Qoyod developments.
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with current and potential partners.
- Building a partner lead generation system and process to have a full pipeline of new potential partners.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and grow audiences for specific partners’e.g. products and or services.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams at Instant Commerce and strategic partners to communicate about feature requests, product roadmap, and how the alliance influences timing and direction.
- Evaluate effectivity of partner relationships and engagements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships.
- Establish new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
- Perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and refine forecasts.
- Define team members incentives and commissions to optimize results.
- Mentor the partnership team members to develop their skills and enhance performance.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- 5+ years as a Partnership Operations leader in a software company or financial services.
- 3+ years of experience in a business development or channel sales role at a SaaS company is preferred.
- Financial Services and Capital Markets experience are required.
- Capable of hiring, nurturing and motivating partnership team.
- Strategic thinker who excels at relationship building and can inspire internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with partner-led sales incentive programs.
- Well organized, proactive, goal-oriented and able to prioritise.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with an ability to work with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders, building long standing relationships.
- Ability to operate both at a strategic and hands-on, tactical level.
- Proven ability to lead and scale Partnership Operations of significant scope through growth periods.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Partnership processes and infrastructure.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
