- Maintain & follow up on office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and ordering replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with local businesses and services, like courier services, to meet the office's needs while identifying and establishing partnerships with local businesses to enhance office services and support.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when necessary.
