1. Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and Culinary team

2. Execution of daily food service, quality, technique, portion, presentation and food cost control

3. Track food costs while managing vendors to provide standard cost-efficient products

4. Estimate food consumption and requisition of food purchase and establishing PAR level

5. Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality

6. Responsible for continued growth of overall department: Cost, Quality, Presentation and Innovation

7. Execute all off-site business that requires on-site support

8. Assist managers and marketing in menu planning and costing for special event

9. Collaborate with General Managers on expense tracking for accurate financial projections

10. Oversee and travel in local and international market for related culinary purposes

11. Manage and oversee operation of 13 branches across the market

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month
