Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the management of the rental car fleet, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles. Ensure that the fleet is well-maintained, properly insured, and meets the needs and preferences of customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by providing prompt and courteous assistance to rental car customers. Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement and optimize operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff, including rental agents, drivers, and administrative personnel. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor the quality of rental car services and facilities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Participate in marketing events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive rental car bookings.
- Develop and manage the division's budget, monitoring expenses, revenue, and profitability. Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks and liabilities associated with rental car operations, including insurance coverage, safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services at competitive prices. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for improving business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing operational teams and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of rental car industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
