TAM is a leading management consultancy company that partners with government entities to design and deliver innovative programs that inspire, engage, and empower citizens. As a Strategy Manager at TAM, you will be responsible for managing TAM's strategy from planning to execution. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans, manage teams, and contribute to building future practices and offerings.

**Key Responsibilities and Objectives**:

- Develop and monitor TAM's strategic plans in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to ensure that TAM's strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Setup the SMO for TAM including team building and management to support the implementation of TAM's strategic plans.
- Oversee the execution of TAM's strategic initiatives and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Drive business insights, conclusions, and recommendations to address any issues that may arise during the implementation of TAM's strategic plans.
- Own the communication and relationship management with internal stakeholders, including the CSO and other members of the leadership team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in TAM's strategic planning and implementation.
- Develop periodical strategic reports with key insights and recommendations
- Communicate strategic efforts internally and ensure TAM transformation readiness.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy development and implementation.
- Experience in working with management consulting firms or in a similar consulting role is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing and executing strategic plans, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and lead and manage a team to deliver on strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Full proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and excel
- Bachelor's degree is a must, business-related majors are preferred.
