**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Identify target markets and tailor approaches to maximize revenue.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, event planners, corporate clients, and local businesses to drive reservations and private event bookings.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Content Creation**: Produce engaging content for digital and print media, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials that reflect the restaurant's brand and offerings.
- **Event Coordination**: Collaborate with the restaurant management team to plan and promote special events, wine tastings, chef’s table experiences, and other exclusive dining events to attract high-end clientele.
- **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent the restaurant at industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings to enhance the restaurant's reputation and build a strong local presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or fine dining industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
