SUMMARY:
As Maestrolab Product Assistant, you will help MDLBEAST’s MaestroLAB label team, focusing on community outreach, spreadsheets, data, content and communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creating, managing and allocating all product information in an accurate way, using all systems correctly internally and externally. Including, but not limited to completing and managing metadata.
- Assisting Product Manager and the marketing team, providing strong communication, support and attention to detail.
- Liaise with both internal and external teams to ensure that all creative is delivered and optimized, specifically working with our media team to create regular content for instagram/tiktok/etc.
- Engage with influencers, broadcasters and creators on social media and streaming platforms, make our music available to them for copyright free usage.
- Engage with fans, respond to comments and DMs, respond to any incoming social media traffic.
- Manage the process for identifying, tracking and reporting to the label group updates about new and emerging talent.
- Delivering products to distributors, DSPs + other partners.
- Commissioning and / or creating artwork, creating social media assets from said artwork and ensuring said assets are stored and distributed accordingly.
- Performing all core release day activities, including but not limited to creation of links and leading communication to label team, artists and their teams.
- Managing audio, video and other content on internal systems, ensuring all marketing teams are aware when files are there and where they can find them.
- Tracking results and data from releases including data from social media channels, regularly delivering reports to label teams as well as artists and their teams, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Leading core communications, updates, strategy and requests to artists and their managers.
- Attending meetings, circulating agendas and follow up notes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Needs to be extremely organized with the ability to multi-task within a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to communicate effectively with content creators (YouTubers, streamers, influencers, etc.) from different disciplines
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Ability to build good relationships with artists, artist managers, A&Rs, independent labels, tour agents, etc.
- Relationship building with sales teams, promotion teams and other 3rd party services teams.
- Strong coordination skills and drive.
- Takes initiative and capitalizes on opportunity.
- Works to build up credibility and rapport at all levels of the business.
- Takes personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals.
- Adaptable within a dynamic, changing environment.
- Understanding of Music, preferably Electronic Music.
- Familiarity with YouTube, content, and gaming.
- Ability to cope with a fast paced environment.
- Excellent skills in standard office software (Google Doc, Google Sheets, Slides, etc)
